Sam’s Club is the ultimate place we all love to hate, yet somehow we keep going back. The experience starts in the parking lot, which is a high-stakes game of vehicular Whac-A-Mole just to find a spot. Once you actually make it inside, it immediately transitions into a game of human bumper cars with oversized flatbed carts driven by people with zero spatial awareness. By the time I finally battle my way to the exit, I need a glass of bourbon and a cigarette—and I don't even smoke. It’s a chaotic, soul-testing obstacle course, but the bulk deals are too damn good. See you all next weekend.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. Employees are unhelpful and do not seem willing to assist customers when needed. I expected a much better experience from Sam’s Club, but it's 2026 and times change. I feel this location likely needs corporate attention or an outside consultant to properly train staff and improve basic customer service standards. As it stands, the level of service is unacceptable and frustrating for customers.

I really enjoy coming here because it is so easy to stock up on everything I need in one trip. The aisles are wide and everything is easy to find, which makes the whole shopping process go by pretty quickly. I always end up finding great deals on bulk items that save me money, and the checkout staff is usually friendly and efficient.

Needed a couple items for family get together. Ordered on line to pick up at 6pm. Got a text at 545 that was ready. Arrived at 6pm and waited 30 min and still no order. Walked inside and asked about just getting it and leaving. Guy said no can't do that screws up order. I said how I have waited over 30 min. So I said fine ill cancel my order and get it myself in store. He said you can't do that. There were about a dozen employees sorting orders and ony 1 taking to cars. Poor planing and with his additude won't use this store again for pick up. Got to my car and did cancel my order. Went inside and just got it myself. I had ordered potato salad, I hate to think it had set in a cart for over an hour.

Went to the Hardy concert at Ford Center in Evansville Indiana last night, awesome venue, parking was close, sold out concert, wonderful staff and facility. If you have the opportunity to see Hardy live, highly recommended!!!
